Intrepid Travel, a leader in adventure travel, has proven that dedication and resilience pay off, as its staff recently celebrated a successful year by receiving significant bonuses. In 2024, the company achieved an impressive 24% increase in underlying earnings, amounting to A$42.9 million (£22.4 million). Driving this success was a 17% rise in revenue, totaling A$626 million (£327 million).
Bonuses as a Reward for Commitment
To recognize the hard work of its employees, Intrepid distributed A$12.8 million (£6.7 million) in bonuses in both cash and shares. With around 555 staff shareholders in 2024, this decision not only rewards exceptional performance but also aligns employees' interests with the company's long-term success.
