Princess Cruises Introduces New Shorter Options for 2025 Alaska Cruisetours
In an exciting development for travel enthusiasts, Princess Cruises is responding to demand for flexibility by adding shorter options to its Alaska cruisetour program for the 2025 and 2026 seasons. This expansion includes nine and 14-day packages that complement last year’s highly successful 15-night National Parks itinerary.
The new offerings give travelers the choice of three unique itineraries for 2025. The nine-day Katmai National Park tour includes visits to two national parks, while the 14-day National Parks Explorer visits four. The most extensive option, the 15-day National Parks Expedition, will guide guests to five national parks, including renowned destinations like Denali and Glacier Bay. Prices for these experiences begin at around £2,884.92 per person, not including flights.
Elevating Vacation Experiences
According to Terry Thornton, Princess Cruises' Chief Commercial Officer, these shorter options are designed to combine the luxury of a cruise with a more immersive land experience. "There’s no better way to experience the breathtaking expanse of Alaska than by combining the luxury of a cruise with an immersive journey on land," Thornton remarked. With Alaska's grandeur providing the backdrop, these itineraries promise remarkable views of its towering glaciers and majestic wildlife.
Further Adventures in 2026
Travelers can look forward to more extended options in 2026, featuring similar itineraries. For example, the 14-day National Parks Adventurer will still boast visits to three national parks, making it a prime choice for those wanting a taste of the Alaskan wilderness within a reasonable time frame. Explorers keen on a deeper dive into Alaska’s natural beauty can opt for the 15-day National Parks Expedition, echoing the 2025 program with access to iconic sites.
A Destination Like No Other
The potential for adventure in Alaska is what continues to capture the imagination of travelers worldwide. Alaska's extraordinary wildlife, stunning landscapes, and rich history are just a few reasons why it remains a top cruise destination. With Princess Cruises leading the way in bringing travelers face-to-face with Alaska's wonders, these new tours ensure that everyone can find a route that fits their vacation style.
