Under Florida's Live Local Act, Oak Lane Partners aims to integrate a substantial number of affordable units within this new development. Specifically, 10% of the apartments and townhouses will be dedicated to affordable housing, while an additional 5% is earmarked for workforce housing. This translates to 23 affordable units and 12 workforce units in the apartment complex and 2 affordable townhouse units along with 1 workforce unit in the townhouses.
